This recipe is a keeper. It’s a great alternative to grilling when it’s cold outside. I served it with gravy and will use the leftovers on salad or in a wrap. I’m certainly interested in trying other seasonings too. It is a great weeknight option. Thank you for the great recipe!

I have been using this recipe for almost a year! I will even mix up the spices to give to my out-of-town kids for their baked chicken. Cooking at a higher temp for shorter time must be the best kept secret because the results are amazing.
